Shaun of the Dead
Bloody brilliant. Nothing like a smart, smart, and stupid zombie comedy flick. With Mini-Cheddars. Lots of great subtle jokes and references, Kate Ashfield looks like Renee Zellweger’s English cousin, and I laughed my ass off. A little too gory in places for Kiddo, however. And no, the tagline “A romantic comedy. With zombies” does NOT make it a chick flick. So gullible and literal these friends of mine. I’m so sorry. . .
